About the BBQ08SS

It provides 5 different grilling areas: a main grate with a height adjustable system, a griddle where you can cook your favorite vegetables, a clamp grill or interchangeable lower grill, and a height adjustable secondary grate. Putting all these together, you will get a total of 825-865 square inches of grilling space. The firebox gaucho style brasero allows you to light up the charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains your fire lit and away from the food. You can use wood charcoal or firewood based on your preference to grill like a gaucho. Slow cook some short ribs for 4 hours, some Argentine sausage or chorizo or smoke a fish on the Clamp grill, or use the small removable grill for a closer to the embers cooking. Bottom and walls are covered with firebricks which extends the product durability but also helps spread the heat evenly. Also includes a 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake.. 5 year limited warranty.

Key features

Height adjustable grates

This feature enables you to adjust the grates' height to precisely control the cooking temperature. Simply turn the wheel to raise or lower the main grates based on your needs: closer to the coals for more heat to sear, or further away for less heat, perfect for slow cooking. It's a characteristic commonly found in South American barbecues, designed to give you complete mastery over your grilling experience.

Key features

The firebox or brasero

The firebox, also known as a brasero, streamlines the process of lighting wood or charcoal, making it faster and requiring less effort. It ensures the fire stays lit and keeps it distanced from the food. Whether you prefer firewood, charcoal, or a mix of both, this feature accommodates your grilling style. For optimal results, lump charcoal and firewood come highly recommended. Once the coals are adequately heated, they simply drop below, offering a straightforward and effective way to ignite the fire and grill in the authentic style of a gaucho.

Key features

Firebricks

Firebricks are designed to minimize heat transmission to the outer panels while also ensuring even heat distribution throughout the grill. This characteristic is a hallmark of the Argentine grill and is considered essential for its ability to prolong the lifespan of the charcoal grill.

Key features

6 different cooking areas

Designed to fuel your culinary creativity, this grill setup features a main grate, a smaller secondary grate, a versatile griddle, and 8 S-shaped meat hooks for roasting or smoking your favorite dishes. It integrates a traditional Argentine clamp grill, ideal for authentic cooking experiences that require adjustable heights to master the art of slow cooking and smoking. Additionally, there's a fixed grill, perfectly suited for high-heat searing, creating the ultimate crust on meats and vegetables alike. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this comprehensive setup offers a platform to explore a wide range of grilling techniques, from the nuanced flavors of Argentine cuisine to the intense sear of modern grilling.
