About the BBQ18

Introducing our latest model, this grill is outfitted with three distinct cooking zones to elevate your grilling experience: an adjustable main grate, a versatile secondary grate, and a griddle, all offered at a competitive price. Its innovative gaucho-style brasero firebox simplifies the charcoal lighting process, ensuring the flame stays away from your food for a genuine gaucho grilling experience, whether you choose wood charcoal or firewood. Ideal for slow-cooking short ribs for 4 hours, perfectly searing Argentine sausage or chorizo, or delicately smoking fish, with the added convenience of preparing vegetables on the secondary grate. Enhanced with firebricks at the bottom and sides for increased longevity and even heat distribution, this grill also features a bottle opener, a 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake, and 4 swivel casters (two of which have brakes) for effortless mobility. This grill is backed by a 5-year limited warranty, assuring lasting quality and customer satisfaction.

We pride ourselves on working exclusively with top-tier materials, guaranteeing the premium quality of our products.

Key features

Height adjustable grates

This feature enables you to adjust the grates' height to precisely control the cooking temperature. Simply turn the wheel to raise or lower the main grates based on your needs: closer to the coals for more heat to sear, or further away for less heat, perfect for slow cooking. It's a characteristic commonly found in South American barbecues, designed to give you complete mastery over your grilling experience.

Key features

The firebox or brasero

The firebox, also known as a brasero, streamlines the process of lighting wood or charcoal, making it faster and requiring less effort. It ensures the fire stays lit and keeps it distanced from the food. Whether you prefer firewood, charcoal, or a mix of both, this feature accommodates your grilling style. For optimal results, lump charcoal and firewood come highly recommended. Once the coals are adequately heated, they simply drop below, offering a straightforward and effective way to ignite the fire and grill in the authentic style of a gaucho.

Key features

Firebricks

Firebricks are designed to minimize heat transmission to the outer panels while also ensuring even heat distribution throughout the grill. This characteristic is a hallmark of the Argentine grill and is considered essential for its ability to prolong the lifespan of the charcoal grill.

Key features

4 different cooking areas

This grill offers two cooking area's: round grates, and a interchangable griddle, all crafted from durable 304 stainless steel. There is the possibility to upgrade your grill with a secondary grate, above the firebox or brasero. This creates more cooking options. It's designed to enhance your grilling skills, whether you're roasting, smoking, or searing your favorite dishes.
