About the BBQ24SS

Constructed entirely from 304 Stainless Steel, this grill is designed for you to "manage the fire," offering ample space for simultaneous different cooking techniques. On one side, slow cook a pig, while searing skirt steak, short ribs, or flank steak on the other, embodying the essence of a traditional Argentine asado. The generously sized firebox accommodates enough charcoal and firewood to keep the cooking grates at the ideal temperature.

Included features:

  • An interchangeable griddle for vegetables, shrimp, fish, or any dish requiring a flat cooking surface
  • S-Shape meat hooks for slow cooking or smoking your preferred dishes
  • A shovel and poker, essential tools for ember management

Additionally, a cover is provided to protect the grill once it has cooled down, ensuring it remains in prime condition.

Key features

Height adjustable grates

This feature enables you to adjust the grates' height to precisely control the cooking temperature. Simply turn the wheel to raise or lower the main grates based on your needs: closer to the coals for more heat to sear, or further away for less heat, perfect for slow cooking. It's a characteristic commonly found in South American barbecues, designed to give you complete mastery over your grilling experience.

Key features

The firebox or brasero

The firebox, also known as a brasero, streamlines the process of lighting wood or charcoal, making it faster and requiring less effort. It ensures the fire stays lit and keeps it distanced from the food. Whether you prefer firewood, charcoal, or a mix of both, this feature accommodates your grilling style. For optimal results, lump charcoal and firewood come highly recommended. Once the coals are adequately heated, they simply drop below, offering a straightforward and effective way to ignite the fire and grill in the authentic style of a gaucho.

Key features

Firebricks

Firebricks are designed to minimize heat transmission to the outer panels while also ensuring even heat distribution throughout the grill. This characteristic is a hallmark of the Argentine grill and is considered essential for its ability to prolong the lifespan of the charcoal grill.

Key features

5 different cooking areas

With two enlarged main grills, a large secondary grate and a lot of room for S-Shaped meat hooks you can cook for a whole lot of people.
